Can I bookmark any thesaurus entries for future reference?

Yes! Simply click on the star next to the title of any thesaurus entry and a drop-down menu will appear. This menu lists the projects you've created; just click on the one(s) you'd like your bookmark assigned to. Note that an entry can be assigned to multiple projects, if need be. Alternatively, you can choose to save a bookmark without assigning it to a project by choosing the My Workspace option from the drop-down menu. You can access your bookmarks whenever you like by clicking the My Workspace tab at the top of any page.
