Plan-Specific Coupons: How do I use one if I'm already subscribed to the required plan?

While many of our discounts can be applied to any plan, we sometimes run special promotions using plan-specific coupons. These Plan-Specific Coupons can only be applied to the specified plan. If you're ever unsure about whether or not a coupon is plan-specific, consult the original promotional material that informed you about the discount, since we always include information about what plans a discount can be applied to. In a pinch, you can also reach out with a support ticket to find this information.

If you're already subscribed to the correct plan, using this coupon is super easy. Just make your way to the My Subscription page and scroll down to the Coupons and Gift Certificates section. Add the coupon exactly as it appears, since our coupons are case-sensitive (and be sure there are no extra space before or after the codes). You'll know you've been successful when a message appears in that section informing you that the coupon has been added to your account. 

And that's it. You'll continue with your existing subscription, and when it rolls over, the discount will be applied to your next invoice. Nothing else needs to be done on your part.

NOTE: Keep in mind that only one coupon can be used at a time. If a coupons is already applied to your account, adding this one will overwrite the other. So choose wisely :).
