Why is my credit card failing?

There are two reasons why a credit card might fail when a customer tries to subscribe:

1. The card on file has expired or been deactivated. If you realize that this is the case, please update your existing card or add a new one. The system will automatically try two more times to collect on an unpaid invoice, and the next time (2-3 days later), the payment should go through.

2. The credit card company has rejected the payment. There are many reasons this might happen, and unfortunately, we're not privy to any of them. In almost every situation, this issue can be resolved by contacting the credit card company and letting them know that the payment should be approved.
