HELPFUL TIP:

When planning a cast member's talents and skills, think about how genetics, personality traits (both positive attributes and flaws), past experiences, environment, and the character's roles (within a family, a community, and society) all factor into what strengths may form. These special qualities should tie into the story, not only to make the character interesting but also to help him achieve his goal.
DEFINITION:
The ability to win people over

DESCRIPTION:
In a world where so many are worried about being judged for what they do and say, the ability to make fast friends with people is an art form. Some people know exactly what to say to disarm others, opening them up to genuine discussion and honesty.

BENEFICIAL STRENGTHS OR ABILITIES:
Being charismatic
Being trustworthy and likable
Having access to information (being “in the know”)
Having assets that others appreciate and will pass on benefits without causing jealousy (having a car and being able to drive people around, having a pool and being able to host get-togethers)
Being connected to people with various skills, talents, connections, and knowledge that is useful, coveted, and can be drawn on if needed
Having a good sense of humor
