HELPFUL TIP:

When planning a cast member's talents and skills, think about how genetics, personality traits (both positive attributes and flaws), past experiences, environment, and the character's roles (within a family, a community, and society) all factor into what strengths may form. These special qualities should tie into the story, not only to make the character interesting but also to help him achieve his goal.
DEFINITION:
A sense of knowing when no obvious deliberation has taken place

DESCRIPTION:
Characters are able to unconsciously tap into previous knowledge they have gained (yet may not realize) and will often will get a strong feeling that guides their actions in the present. This “internal echo” happens when certain factors are present which they may not be consciously aware of that align with past experiences, sensations, and knowledge. The unconcious brian picks up on a pattern and delivers a sense of recognition to the conscious one. If the recognition is strong enough, it will influence behavior because it feels like the right thing to do.

BENEFICIAL STRENGTHS OR ABILITIES:
Being self-aware and in tune with one's own thoughts and emotional reactions
Being about to quiet one's mind and free of it of distraction
Strong observation skills
Having an affinity for pattern recognition
Being skilled in meditation
An ability to be present in the moment rather than worrying about the past or future
