GIFT CERTIFICATE AND COUPON TERMS

To Redeem:

Go to the "My Subscription" page and enter your code in the COUPONS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES section. Because they're case sensitive, we recommend cutting and pasting the code to ensure there are no extra spaces before or after it. Click the Save button and a message will appear telling you that the coupon has been added to your account and will be applied to your next invoice. This means that if you have a current subscription, your discount will take effect the next time you are invoiced, which will either occur when you change your plan or when your plan renews at the end of its subscription period.

If you do not currently have a subscription, you'll need to enter a credit card number and select a plan. Then your subscription will begin. In the case of a monetary discount for a gift certificate or coupon, once the monetary amount has been used up, regularly billing for your plan will resume, beginning with any balance that may not have been covered.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this offer is a one-time discount toward your next invoice and may be restricted to a specific plan. Only one code at a time may be applied to an account. We reserve the right to make changes to coupons and gift certificate code policies without notice.

Each coupon code can only be applied before its expiry date, and coupons and gift certificates are only valid while the One Stop site is operational. We do not keep all data indefinitely, so if you have purchased or received a gift certificate, we may not have a record of it after a certain time. For this reason, it is your responsibility to keep a copy of your certificate until its redemption.

Please note that One Stop plans auto-renew to provide uninterrupted access to our innovative content and tools. Subscribers should make desired changes to their subscription (upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling) at any point before their current plans expire.
