HELPFUL TIP:

Conflict is your story’s secret sauce, supplying tension, friction, and complications to a character’s journey. It comes in a million different forms, so identify the obstacles and problems that will hit your character the hardest by using the Character Builder to uncover their primary insecurities, fears , and desires. EXAMPLES:
Ingesting an allergen (shellfish, peanuts, strawberries, gluten, etc.)
Touching an allergen (latex, a certain type of fabric, a cosmetic ingredient, etc.)
Exposure to a chemical toxin 
Being stung by a wasp 
The character being caught out in the sun when they have a photosensitivity condition (such as Lupus)
Being bitten and injected with venom
The character being administered medication they don't know they're allergic to
Experiencing a serious plant allergy from touching oils or breathing in pollen or spores
