Settings should always be chosen with care. Consider the emotion you want your viewpoint character to feel and how setting choices, weather elements, and symbolism might build a specific mood in the scene, create tension and conflict, or even raise the stakes.
SIGHTS:
A grassy lawn crisscrossed by sidewalks
Benches spaced along the pathways
Tall buildings around the perimeter (libraries, lecture halls, dorms, fraternity and sorority houses, dining halls, administrative offices, a security office, parking garages, an infirmary, a chapel, a bell tower or clock tower)
